Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Appointment Policy By booking an appointment through our website, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please ensure that all required forms are completed (including the form labeled “External”) and that your appointment is confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed within this timeframe will be automatically canceled. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we may offer the appointment time to another client. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so through our website or by texting us at (619) 366-7240. Please note that text message is the preferred method of communication, as we may be assisting clients and unable to answer phone calls immediately. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
