Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients with prepaid packages who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit that session. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we greatly appreciate your consideration in providing at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
